I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with this brand. They are absolutely incredible! My Bud Vase is a brand that is changing the way that cannabis and females interact and are viewed. Being a cannabis user, I was so excited to find a brand that I could indulge in my feminine side. They have created a way for women to smoke cannabis, and still be elegant, classy, and beautiful. Every piece is crafted and created with care and love with women in mind, and I think that’s awesome. I am a cannabis user. I use it for multiple reasons. First, it’s fun too let go of inhibition and control, but second, I feel like I’m a better person using it. It calms me. I can slow down finally. It helps me sleep. I laugh more, and I take time to do the important stuff, like talking with my…

I’m so excited to share with you today an INCREDIBLE brand! SleeBD is a brand that creates amazing products to help with one of the most essential parts of our lives, sleep. Some information below is from the brand’s website, and other research, but, the opinion of the product and recommendation is 100% my own. Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body. It is identified by a few things. Altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, reduced muscle activity and inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles during rapid eye movement sleep, and reduced interactions with surroundings. Sleep is distinguished from wakefulness by a decreased ability to react to stimuli, but more reactive than a coma or disorders of consciousness, with sleep displaying very different and active brain patterns. * Sleep is so important in carrying out the daily tasks of life. Adults, on average need 7-9 hours of…
AD- This is a sponsored post. You all know I like my cannabis, and I know some of you do too, so today I’m sharing with you about rolling papers. It has taken me MONTHS to learn how to roll a good joint, and now I want to share some tips, and things I’ve learned about rolling papers. There are so many different kinds, all with different textures, taste, burning speeds, sturdiness, style, and more. For being such a small thing, there are definitely many variables My favorite though, is natural hemp papers. It’s like smoking weed using weed. I find that they are easy to roll with, and the taste is subtle. It’s my style 100%. Today I’m introducing Choast Rolls. Choast Rolls are authentic, unrefined, and unbleached. Their mission is to become a Canadian leader in the rolling paper industry. At Choast Rolls, they believe that quality is the most important…
If you follow my Instagram then you know we’re struggling with a neighbor. If you don’t, then follow me here. A quick rundown though is that we’ve now received 2 noise complaints with very specific times. It feels completely unfair to me, because it’s not true, and no one is listening to me. I’ve never felt so unheard before, and there’s literally no reason to not believe me! We have fantastic history renting. We’ve never had a complaint before this. So, we have now ordered a camera for inside our home. This way we will be able to at least prove what we were doing during her specified times. UGH $100.00 that was not accounted for in our budget. I am in disbelief at the extents I’m having to take. But, whatever. So this whole issue has now got me thinking about a house, which is so odd, because I…
This is the second part in my 3-part series sharing my birth stories. If you haven’t read the first one yet, you can find it at Normalize All Motherhood Journeys. I’m sharing my stories to highlight what many women face at their most vulnerable times in their lives. My husband and I knew we wanted a baby together. (He wasn’t my husband at this time.) We were raising my 17 month old together, and we were so in love with each other. When we decided that we would start trying to conceive, it was very frustrating each month that I wasn’t pregnant. I found that every month I would grow so excited to potentially be finding out I was pregnant, and then so devastated to learn I wasn’t. I felt like something was wrong with my body. It didn’t make any sense to me, because I had already had one…
