It’s no secret that the entire world is under an incredible amount of stress.

2. Do some major cleaning, organizing, or re-decorating.
It’s a great time to go through closets, drawers and cupboards. Get rid of things you haven’t used in a while and no longer need. Downsize clothing closets. Go through old towels, blankets, all those items that have been stuffed at the back of your closets.
3. Use positive affirmations.
Whether you read them on your phone, or maybe write some down and put them around your house to help you stay focused and strong.
4. Stay in contact with loved ones.

5. Be physically active.
At a time where you can’t get outside, it’s important to still take care of your body. Make sure you get your body moving! Try some yoga, pilates, aerobics, etc. Take this time to explore!
6. Treat yourself, or a loved one to a thoughtful, beautiful gift.
