Summer has finally come and with summer comes summer hair problems! It’s a perfect time to tell you my best summer hair hacks!
Humidity, rain, sand from the beach, dirt from the garden, and bugs. YUCK! I don’t know about you, but I can’t stand my hair sitting on the back of my neck if it’s gross. It makes my skin itchy and I get agitated very quickly.
So, here I’m sharing my 4 best summer hair hacks!
Dry shampoo is a must for my hair all year long, but especially in the summer months when my scalp is more prone to sweat. This dry shampoo will absorb the moisture while giving your hair a fresh clean scent and feel! Find it here – Tea Tree + Rosemary Dry Shampoo
Keep a large barette in your bag/purse.
You never know when the wind is going to pick up and your hair goes all over.

There is nothing more frustrating than doing anything with hair stuck to your face! I’m really loving all things earthy, so this particular barette is a favorite of mine! Find it over here – Pussy Willow Hair Clip
A headband is a must.
Headbands are so great because they can be super casual, or dressed up!

They are such a versatile accessory. A great way to play/experiment with colors, patterns and even fabrics. A headband is a must-have summer hair product!
I’m loving yellow this year so this one is definitely my favorite. You can get this yellow head band over here – yellow floral headband.
A good shampoo can make a world of difference. Some of my favorites are this rosemary shampoo bar,and this citrus shampoo bar.
Getting a healthy trim can be helpful in managing the length of your hair.
Make sure you do that however often, but I do find summer to be a great time! The heat and humidity can be a wonderful time to indulge in summer hair and chop some off, resulting in feeling cooler!
Summer can be a a tricky time for hair care. But, these few tips should help you out! What’s your favorite summer hair care trick? Do you have a way you usually wear your hair?
Love Always, Enn

Nothing worse than getting outside and the wind messing up your hair or sticking it to your face! I always have to have something to tie it back with to keep it orderly or just prevent it sticking to my lipgloss!!!! Also the heat can be so bad on the back of my neck so great to be able to sweep it up on top of my head at a moments notice!

I have recently fallen in love with scrunchies and keep one in my hair or on my arm and definitely in my bag. I also love barettes and clips to catch up loose hair when, as you say, the wind blows. π
