Fresh Flowers and Plants

Bring in the beauty of the season with fresh flowers and potted plants. Tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths are popular choices. If fresh flowers aren’t in your budget, opt for faux ones. I love using these to change up the look and feel of my home. I’m currently in my red phase. I have lots of faux red and white flowers, and my Christmas colors are red and gold, so I use them at Christmas time too. Light and Airy Fabrics

Swap out heavy curtains and throws for lighter fabrics like sheer curtains, linen, or cotton to create a breezy, spring-like atmosphere. Pack away your fleece, thermals, and other things that give the cozy vibe.

Incorporate pastel hues such as soft pinks, blues, greens, and yellows into your decor to evoke a sense of springtime freshness. You can use them in wall decor, flowers, plants, pillows, throw blankets, or even curtains, sofa covers, and TV art. However much you want.

Nature-Inspired Decor

Use nature-inspired elements like botanical prints, floral patterns, and nature-themed decor items to bring the outdoors inside. Think, sticks, branches, logs, anything outdoorsy that can work indoors.

Seasonal Accessories

Update your home decor with seasonal accessories like Easter eggs, bunny figurines, or spring-themed throw pillows and blankets.

Fresh Scents

Use candles, diffusers, or fresh flowers to infuse your home with the refreshing scents of spring, such as lavender, citrus, or floral fragrances.

Take advantage of natural light by keeping curtains open during the day. Add lighting fixtures with a soft, warm glow to create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.

Outdoor-Inspired Art

Incorporate artwork or decorations that showcase outdoor scenes, such as landscapes or floral prints, to add a touch of spring to your walls.

Spring Cleaning

Declutter and deep clean your home to create a fresh canvas for your spring decor and to welcome the new season with a clean and organized space.

Outdoor Spaces

If you have a patio, balcony, or outdoor area, consider extending your spring decor outside with potted plants, outdoor furniture, and spring-themed accessories.
